Enter through the main entrance and park in the marked Compact Load/Unload area. While our doors lock after hours, one of our team members will be able to assist you.
After-hours service is available Monday-Thursday until 12:00am. While you can drop off any time after 7:30am, our night shift begins at 2:30pm and ends at 12:00am. We advise arriving before 10:00pm to provide adequate time for loading/unloading, and any paperwork required.
Our Compact Equipment Service shop specializes in repairing smaller Cat construction equipment. This includes skid steers, compact track loaders, mini excavators, and more. We can also service rollers, compactors, and other non-Cat construction equipment (excluding lawnmowers and related equipment). For Heavy Equipment Service, please drop off during normal business hours at the Heavy Equipment Load/Unload area near Building 5 at the end of Harris Center Drive.
Yes. We can typically offer next-day pickup on preventative maintenance and quick-turn repairs. For next-day pickup, please call ahead and plan to arrive before 8pm. Track replacements and other light jobs may be able to be completed during the night shift, but please get in touch with us for an estimate. Next-day pickup is not guaranteed and is subject to service volume and technician availability.
Our technicians perform a variety of simple and extensive repairs after hours—from preventative maintenance services to engine replacements that take longer to complete. If you have limited daytime availability…we’ve got you covered!
Our service coordinators will provide an estimate at drop-off and contact you when ready for pickup. Our shop will not contact you after 8:00pm, unless otherwise requested. Please pick up equipment within 7 days due to space constraints.
